Arin Neucks, CPA, CFP

I joined Dillon Business Advisors in August 2025 and serve as the Director of Tax and Financial Planning. I graduated from Hope College with degrees in Accounting and Economics and began my career with Ernst & Young in Indianapolis, IN, where I focused on family offices and start-up technology companies. After moving to Holland, MI, I joined a local accounting firm that provided audit and tax services to small businesses, individuals, and non-profits. I eventually founded and became the lead partner overseeing the firm’s wealth management division. In January 2016, I moved to Denver, CO, to work with a boutique firm specializing in tax, investment management, and family office services for high-net-worth families and their businesses.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, I hold a Master of Science in Taxation from Grand Valley State University and have earned the Certified Financial Planner® designation. I’ve always had a passion for helping people untangle financial complexities and partnering with them to wisely steward their wealth through comprehensive planning and thoughtfully tailored strategies.

I live in Highlands Ranch, CO, with my lovely wife, Jobie, and our two sons, Spencer (Engineering Physics major at Colorado School of Mines) and Braden (Nursing major at Hope College), as well as our irascible boxer mix named Sydney. When we’re not playing too much tennis, we are actively involved in our church, enjoy hiking, and love watching our favorite sports teams (Fighting Irish, Colts / Broncos, Hoosiers, and Cardinals).
